Refund policy

We accept returns on all new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

All returns must have prior authorization. Please email customercare@atinorthamerica.com or call us at 303-459-2119 to obtain a formal return authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

NOTICE

1. Shipping charges are not refundable.

2. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. Your refund will only be given after we have received the returned item in its original, undamaged condition.
